Our boutique approach pairs advanced aesthetic treatments with a clinical assessment of your goals and history. You might come in to soften fine lines, rebuild volume, rejuvenate your skin, or start a medically supervised weight loss program. In every case, the plan is built with you at consultation, conservatively and on purpose. Refreshed, not redone.
Meet Our Founders
Melissa & Brian Kolowitz.
Melissa and Brian Kolowitz founded Aetheria Aesthetics & Wellness around a personal, patient-centered standard of care, with nearly 50 years of combined experience in healthcare. Brian oversees practice operations and technology; all clinical care is provided exclusively by Melissa.
Melissa Kolowitz, PA-C
Melissa, a Physician Assistant with 20+ years in women's health, general surgery, and pediatrics, pairs her clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics. Her background includes advanced degrees, aesthetics certifications, and a history of lecturing on advanced surgical techniques.
Brian J Kolowitz, D.Sc., M.Sc., MBA
Brian brings more than 20 years in healthcare technology and leadership, focused on the systems that make each visit easier. With master's and doctoral degrees, he makes sure every system behind the practice serves patients first.

background informs how she assesses facial anatomy, how she sequences treatment plans,
and how she counsels each person who comes through the door.
Clinical Philosophy
Conservative dosing first.
Assess at the two-week follow-up. Refine from there. The goal is the version of you that looks rested and still like yourself, not a face that has been overcorrected or stripped of expression. Melissa is known for her precision, her artistic eye, and a measured approach that prioritizes long-term results over quick fixes.

Built on a clinical foundation.
Board-Certified PA-C
Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C, NCCPA). Active Pennsylvania state licensure.
Advanced Training
Neurotoxin injection technique (Botox, Xeomin). Dermal filler technique and facial anatomy. Complication avoidance and management. Medical weight management, including GLP-1 and peptide therapy.

More than two decades of practice across general surgery, women's health, pediatrics, and trauma care.
