ZO Skin Health is a medical-grade skincare line built around prescription-strength retinoids, brightening agents, and barrier support: products beyond what over-the-counter skincare can do. Aetheria carries ZO because home care determines how well every in-office treatment holds: peels, microneedling, and Morpheus8 all perform better on skin conditioned by a consistent routine. Rather than selling products off a shelf, Melissa Kolowitz, PA-C builds a regimen from a skin assessment at the Pittsburgh North Hills studio, typically a core of cleanser, exfoliation, retinoid, and daily sun protection, adjusted as your skin adapts. Expect an adjustment period of several weeks as actives ramp up, with guidance on managing it. Regimens are reviewed at follow-up and refined seasonally. Which products fit your skin, and in what sequence, is decided at consultation. Individual results vary.

Can I combine ZO with in-office treatments?
Often, yes. A ZO regimen is commonly paired with microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments to support skin quality between visits. Melissa maps the sequencing so actives pause around treatment days.
What if my skin reacts to a product?
Some actives, like retinol, come with an expected adjustment period. Melissa reviews what is normal and what is not, and adjusts your regimen if irritation goes beyond the expected adaptation.
Is ZO right for sensitive skin?
Many regimens can be adapted for sensitive skin by pacing the actives and starting with lower strengths. Candor matters here: if a product is not right for your skin, Melissa will say so.
