Which one do I need?
Book if you want a time on the calendar. Sign in to the patient portal if you already have an appointment and want the details. Open the app if you're looking for pricing, rewards, or membership plans.
Is the patient portal the same as the app?
No, they're two separate things, and it's the most common mix-up. Your appointments and visit details are in the patient portal. Pricing, rewards and membership plans are in the app, which has its own sign-in.
I'm a new patient. Where do I start?
You can book a visit directly, or start your assessment if you'd rather tell us about your goals first and have Melissa point you toward the right starting place. The assessment is the better route when you're not sure which treatment fits.
Can I reach a person instead?
Yes. Call or text (412) 385-3191, or send a message from the contact page. Melissa answers messages herself.
